How to contact yahoo when someone creates an email account identical to yours?

I am getting spam messages from an email account which is identical to mine. Such a thing should be impossible on the face of it, but there you go!


I have been trying to advise yahoo! of this and ask them to take action, but these people are hard to get hold of. All they offer you are meaningless FAQs and the equally meaningless answers thereto. Does anyone out there know how to really get in touch with yahoo!?
