Does anyone still use IM from their email account?

If so, does it work well or have you had any problems with it lately?

it works for me :D the only thing that sometimes screws me up is that i like always being invisible but sometimes it signs me in as avaliable ugh i hate that bcuz then ppl c me and know im on and im not a mean guy but at times i used to IM like 10 ppl at a time and all u hear is the beep sound or someone buzzing especially my friend who knows i hate that.. so i prefer just using the messenger without the email that way i can hide from them but they cant hide from me:)
