How can I reach a real person at Yahoo to get help fixing my email account?

I've tried everything in the Help section and am totally baffled.

And I've tried every recovery method they suggest, and when I put in answers to the secrect questions, they sent me back the wrong username info. I'm baffled but have run out of ideas!

How can I reach a real person at Yahoo to get help fixing my email account?
Don't have an answer right now, but just want you to know I'm in the midst of trying to fix my son's email account with them. They are unreachable - and like you, have tried everything. They did send a "survey" which was pretty useless, but at least it was a method of contact to explain what happened. He went to sign in one day and it just wouldn't accept any info. Like his account never existed, but he had just used it the day before, and nothing was different. While you're "waiting" to see how to contact them, one thing you should do is check the availability of your user id name - that way you know if your account still exists somewhere. My son's came up as unavailable, so we know his email id still belongs to him. Good luck - will post if anything new comes up. I put your q. on my watchlist.
Reply:Getting a real person for any query with any big organisation these days is nearly impossible..they all use call centres so there is never anyone to pin down with a query..annoying but a sign of the times I`m afraid.
