How do I contact a Yahoo individual about my email account?

I notice that there are many who are having problems with the email service. Is Yahoo under some lockdown or is there service being preformed? How do I find out that info from the company itself? Is there a place I can check?

If you have a free account as I do, it appears that you cannot actually talk to an individual. Perhaps if you have a premium account you can. I called the toll free number listed with someone else's answer, was not able to talk to anyonw and since it did me no good, I did not write the number down. Sorry.
