How can I change my Last name from "Canada" to "Johnson" in my regular free yahoo email account?

I have checked for similar questions such as mine in this section, but I think theyre using a different Yahoo mail account, like the paid ones. Mine is just a regular free yahoo email account and switched it to Yahoo Mail Beta.

How can I change my Last name from "Canada" to "Johnson" in my regular free yahoo email account?
You can go back and edit the first and last names in the account information. You need to click either the Account Info or My Account and enter your password. You will see the Account information and scroll down to the Address/Contact Information and click the edit. Make the name change and then click Finished.

After you do that you have to change the "From" so that it will show when you e-mail.

Here’s how to do it:

Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Yahoo! Mail page.

Under “Management”, click General Preferences.

Right at the top, in the “From name:” box, enter your name how you’d like it to appear in the "From:" line of your outgoing messages. Example: “Sally Tiptoes”.

If you want, you can also adjust the email address to which people send messages when they click “Reply”. If you leave the “Reply to:” field blank, your Yahoo! Mail address is the return address. Specify a different return address by entering it after “Reply to:”.

Click Save to put your new settings into effect.

Note: “From” can’t contain special characters like the "@" symbol. And, the address in “Reply to:” can’t exceed 40 characters.
