When I am signed into my email account?

I loose internet connection and it restarts. Or a pop up will tell me that my old session has expired (again this happens upon sign in) and ask that I restart the previous session or the new session. Can anyone tell me what I can do to stop this from happening? Does anyone know why it is happening? Thanks in advance for your help!

You need to go up to tools which should be in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Delete your browsing history, cookies as well as temp files. This may help. If not then look at your owners manuel and call Tech Support.
