Are there any email accounts where you can chat with anyone, no matter what their account is?

My friends all have different accounts: Comcast, gmail, yahoo, etc. But I wanna chat to all of them! Does any one account let you chat with anyone?

i dont thik so because i am looking for it i cant find it no matter what so if you are lokking for it dont waste you time ..... like i did
