How can I get my points from my old email account?

I was wondering... I just got this email account. I have a different email with a LOT of points and fans and I really wish that I didn't have to give up all of my points for a new email address. Is there any way to get my old information, or even my account, under a different name? I really appretiate any answers. Thank you very much.
