I have another email account that i do not use so i would like to delete...how can i do that?.

If u want to give up yahoo


u need to delete entire account





visit Account Deletion page.

u will be asked to sign in to or verify ur


password for the account u wish to delete.





after the deletion process is initiated,


ur account can never be recovered.

Reply:The old way to delete your Yahoo! account is that you just sign out your Yahoo! account and wait for 4 months, and then the account will be deleted by the Yahoo! team automatically. But keep in mind that within those 4 months, you can not sign in your Yahoo! account ever again, otherwise the count down will need to start over.








However, there is a new way for you to delete your Yahoo! Account, and it is much faster than using the old way, of course.





Just go to the following website and sign in your Yahoo! account and then follow the instructions and then you shall delete your Yahoo! account.

Your yahoo account comes as a package and you can only delete the whole


package that includes the following:-


* Yahoo answers (your Q%26amp;As will stay in yahoo archives).


* Flickr


* Yahoo!Mail


* Yahoo! Address Book

* My Yahoo!


* Any other area of Yahoo! that can only be accessed with your


Yahoo!ID and password.





This is an alternative .


Leave the old email account unused for 4 months


and yahoo will delete it. See link.
