When I start Email Account with OUTLOOK EXPRESS,I am asked what is my incoming and out going mail ports are?

Wher to find out these ports in my computer. Also massage come , contact your ISP provider or contact your dminstrator?

You simply havent set it up yet. You will need to go to your internet service providers website and find your incoming and outgoing addresses. Look in their support area.
Reply:Outgoing should be smtp port 25 and inbound pop3 is 110.
Reply:to find out what your incoming mail server and out going mail server is your best bet would be to contact your internet service provider they will be able to provide you with that information.
