Employer has hacked into my private email account?

My employer has hacked into (using some sort of spy ware) my personal YAHOO ACCOUNT and I feel this a violation of privacy and fraud. What can I do ?

i suggest you punch him/her on the nose change your passwords and get a new job.

Reply:I know employers can check your company email. As far as i know the personal email is crossing the line. Maybe you should pop him in the nose
Reply:Did you access your email on the company computer? If you did then likely yes it is legal. Though I am not 100%.
