I have a email account with hotmail & i can recieve emailss from bebo and poker sites but i cant from family?

I can recieve email's from company's but if my friends or family want to write to me i never receive them, what is rong?

There's nothing to do with your security settings, those emails are processed in server-side. It might be your friends or family mistyped your email address.
