How long does a Yahoo email account needs to inactive before it is closed?

i don't think that it is ever terminated i didn't go on for over a year because i lost my pass and couldn't get a new one and once i found the pass i could still log on

How long does a Yahoo email account needs to inactive before it is closed?
4 months - and the ENTIRE account is terminated, not just e-mail.
