How do i find out what my email account for pop and smtp is so i can finish configuring my daughters computer?

I always forget how to get the pop and smtp host . can anyone help please?%26gt; this is to configure my daughters apple laptop and i already have broadband set up and shes had an email address for her other laptop for ages...thank you!
