How do I drop my email account and start over

I have over 21,000 messages in my email.I can`t delete them 25 messages at a time.It would take forever!!!! PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!

How do I drop my email account and start over
Delete the account and create a new one. Then be a little more thorough in maintaining the new one
